New Plan for The Sparta Area School District(FICTION)

In the latest press conference for the Sparta School District, Jon Jones came to talk to the district about future plans starting next year. Jon Jones was chosen by Barack Obama on December 10, 2010 for the U.S Department of Education. He was chosen to tell Sparta about the new program that they will start running. The program is called No Child Left Behind, this programs means that all students in America will have a better education. This programs intent is to get all of the grades up especially in reading, science, and math. This program was brought up by George W. Bush and now Barack Obama is carrying it on. This program will bring increased learning rates. The No Child Left Behind program has already started in California, Michigan, Rhode Island, North Caroline, and Florida, now Wisconsin is going to start and Sparta will be the only school to do it as of right now. On February 1, 2011 the entire high school faculty will be replaced nby a certifies team certified by the school board. The teaching union must comply under No Child Left Behind. "Pay will continue through the current year and there will be no job after contract for administration. All after school programs will be suspended along with jobs. No job permits will be allowed. School will start at its regular time but end at 5 o' clock. The school year will be extended to July 1 to increase knowledge. China, Japan, and Korea are already doing this and its been working out for them. "If improvement occurs then school will resume on September 1 but if no education has occurred then school will start after 10 days of break". Specially hired officers will watch for people who don't approve of the legislation. The government will pay for all of this change an the main goal of this project is to increase test scores. Improvement must increase by 25% for all students. This is just the first step to a more educated America.
