New Educational Plan for Sparta Area School District(FICTION)

On Friday, January 21, 2011 Dr. Jon Jones from the US Department of Education announced the new educational Plan for the Sparta Area School District. The new plan is called NCPL-no child left behind. The Future plan is about an improvement in the educational level.
California, Michigan, North Carolina, Rhode Islands, and Florida are currently doing the same program. The Sparta School District is, as of now, the only district that is a part of this program. "The ACT scores are below average. There has been a increase over the two years, but we have not seen enough improvements", said Jones.
To increase the Educational level, the entire school Department will be replaced by certified teachers that are chosen by the department of education. On February 1st, the teacher won't report to the school anymore, but will still be paid until the end of the year.
School will start at 7.45 a.m and end at 5 p.m. There won't be any extra curriculum program or study halls. They will make classes longer and increase class numbers. Classes will focus on Math, Science and Reading. "Math, Science and Reading are the Subjects we are far behind other nations"
The school year will end on July 1st. If there will be a 25 percent increase in the ACT score, school will progress on September 1st. If there won't be a 25 percent increase, school will remain back on July 11th.
All student have to attend School, there won't be any absences. There will be 5 police officer, chosen by the US Department of Education, on the campus, who will check on the students and parents. Also the school won't give out any work permits. Students will be prohibited from working. "They need to focus on school improvement", according to Dr. Jones.
The Sparta Area School District will go on without Technology. "We will go back to Old School! The ACT scores from 15 years ago, are better than they are now", said Jones.
The whole Educational plan will be paid by the Government. Jones stated," Cost is not a factor. The students are our future".
